4 beauty tips to be a natural beauty

Hi there sweethearts, a lovely day for some beauty tips isn’t it? Now I was thinking of some tips I use to preserve my natural beauty and I would love to share them with you. Who wants to look like a Barbie doll after all? So here we go.

1. Use facial masks every week
A high quality facial mask can make your skin look soft and smooth. It also helps to keep you looking young and fresh without using layers and layers of make-up. By making time at least once a week to relax and use a facial mask you’ll definitely see the difference.

2. Eat healthy food
Of course you know that healthy food is important for your body. But did you also know healthy food can make your skin look great? Take avocado for example. There are a lot of foods out there to keep your skin healthy. Stay tuned to find out more about these healthy foods.

3. Try using minimal hair styling products
Your hair can look beautiful, pretty and healthy by just using less hair styling products. I know it sounds weird. But it’s true ladies. I tried it myself and it just works. Also not washing your hair daily has a lot of benefits. For example it prevents your hair from breaking easier.

4. Wear perfume or body spray every day
Lots of women are busy making themselves beautiful with make-up, but what they often forget is that smell is as important as make-up. Choose a fragrance that suits your mood.
