If you have been following my social media channels you probably have seen or read I’ve got myself a collaboration with RTL MCN! The huge Youtube- network of RTL Netherlands. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get really started.

So first of all, I got my photoshoot. Exciting as it was I had to decide how to communicate my style and esthetic to the audience in just one frame. As you now I stand for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel. Incorporating this in one frame had me thinking, when I really have to combine these four areas. And I figured: when I’m going for a holiday!

That’s why I grabbed my favorite travel suitcase, my selfie stick, my furry coat, some make-up and I was ready to go. Not on a holiday of course, but to the RTL MCN photo studio. I’m so excited about the end results!

Hi there busy butterflies, it’s already May… Just one month left this spring. I can imagine you’re almost out of outfits. At least I am. That’s why I figured to share some tips on how to upgrade your wardrobe. So here we go.

1. Get used to thrift stores
A huge benefit of thrift stores are the unique items you can find. And let me not even start on the prices! Items are so affordable you almost can buy a whole collection out of it. This of course if you can find the right ones. So take your time and go thrift hunting.

2. Dive in your granny’s attic
Vintage clothes are the trend this spring, so why not search close to home? Like, granny’s attic? It’s absolutely the place to find some fabulous vintage items!

3. Visit the flea market
Ok, so this one may sound ridiculous, but it actually isn’t that bad as you think. Flea markets have a reputation, I admit there are a lot of dirty clothes out there. But trust me ladies. Flea markets are not only for poor people and there are also a lot of clean amazing items. This kind of items usually also are in a good condition. You just have to find the time to take a look around.

4. Remake your old clothes
Last but not least, take a look in your wardrobe and find the items you don’t like anymore or that don’t fit you. Step two of the process? Remake them! Some old jeans can be spectacular new shorts. A maxi dress can be turned around in a lovely mini spring dress and so on.

Hi darlings, welcome back! I got a lot of e-mails asking me to make some new outfit posts and you know what I say: You call, I serve. So here’s my latest one! As you’ve come to expect from me, I like the business glamour touch in my outfits. That’s why I couldn’t resist sharing this one with you. Let’s see what we’ve got. A black and white striped crop top with a black maxi skirt. The ultimate combination if you ask me. I’m totally in love with this outfit! Not only for the stunning color combination, but also for it’s easy going allure but still being business chic. The small zipper details make it easy to combine all kinds of accessories, not that I did of course since it was a casual day at work. But for my meetings in the afternoon it’s perfect!

Well, I was totally in that mood choosing this outfit for today. I’m wearing my boyfriends pant and my own black top with a matching jacket and hat (don’t ask me how often that thing float away!). As usual i stayed in the dark color combinations, reflecting the terrible weather lately. See the edge this pants gives the look? Well, today I’m not matching, but mixing!

Hi there lovely sweethearts, if you’ve followed me on my social media channels you must have noticed the sneak peek of my collaboration with CoolCat emphasizing on their new Mix & Match collection. If you haven’t seen anything about this exciting project, fear not my dears. I’ll update you in a sec. So the day of the shooting was a lot of fun and hard work. I couldn’t tell you much then, since it was kind of a surprise and secret project. But now the day is finally there, I can elaborate on and on about what this collection is all about.

So what’s this whole Mix & Match thingy? Well, CoolCat released their new spring collection, named -as you can guess- Mix & Match! The collection consists of several 2- piece sets, also known as co-ords in America and England. During the shoot I got to choose the items I liked the most. The collection is inspired by celebs like Kim Kardashian, Nicole Scherzinger and Beyonce. The sets are possible in every combination and consists of several skirts in three shapes and nine different colors. On the side we have four different kind of tops in thirteen different colors. From a stylish pencil skirt and crop top with zipper detail to a playful tropical print or trendy stripes, the CoolCat Mix & Match collection got it all.
