How to survive a hangover

Caution: read this before you go partying!

We all know the feeling of waking up and feeling kind of blur (read: hangover) and then you get all these flashback of vodka, martini’s and cocktails in your hand and you realize you had way to much to drink and now you know why your head feels like it’s exploding. Well, if you have to deal with this sensation regularly you probably have your own method of solving the problem. But my angels, for you who don’t know or for those who might get some extra tips:

Step 1:
Get out of bed, I know. But you need to get up to help yourself!

Step 2:
Drink fruit juice, it helps your body to burn the alcohol faster

Step 3:
Drink plenty of acqua (it’s Italian, now it doesn’t mean you’ve to drink Italian bottled water). Just drink enough of water.

Step 4:
You can drink a cup of coffee. It might help getting your headache away

Step 5:
As you might have noticed you’ve a lot of juices to consume, so make sure you visit the lavatory.
