5 things you forgot to thank your bff for

Hi there lovely followers, today is the day I want to put my bff in the spotlights. We all have that one special person we call our best friend, so do I. We share so much happiness and rough times together. I personally don’t know what I would do without mine. She is the one who knows everything about me and I know she will love me no matter what choice I make.

And as terrible as I am, I forget to thank her al lot for all the times she stands by my side. I could go on and on about how grateful I am to have her as my best friend. That’s why I anyway would like to thank her for the following five things.

1. For all the times she has forgiven me

Whether I forget to give her attention when I’m in a relationship or all the personal reasons why I didn’t had time for her. She would always forgive me and I am really grateful for that.

2. For all the times she let me borrow her favorite clothes

Even the fact that I always promised her to borrow it for just one night I always accidentally ‘forgot’ to give it back. Even I knew she really wanted it back I could not help it to keep it for another day.

3. For all the times she could say ‘I told you so’ but never did

She would always give me good advice and I would always ignore it to find out later it was actually really good advice and that she was right (of course she was). Even her eyes say ‘I told you so’ she never actually said the word. I mean, how sweet is that?

4. For all the times I forget to ask her how she’s doing

Recognize the moment when you’re so happy and enthusiastic about something that you just can’t shut up about it? I don’t know about you guys, but in cases like that I forget to ask how she is doing. I’m so in my own element I just forget it. It’s never my intention because her life is as important as mine, but it just happens. But luckily for me she know that and she doesn’t mind.

5. For all the times she covered for me

I have to admit, my bff always covers for me. Either it was for my first date without my parents knowing or ditching other friends. She always plays along. We can have a lot of fun covering each other, but I really appreciate her efforts.
