If you have been following my social media channels you probably have seen or read I’ve got myself a collaboration with RTL MCN! The huge Youtube- network of RTL Netherlands. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get really started.

So first of all, I got my photoshoot. Exciting as it was I had to decide how to communicate my style and esthetic to the audience in just one frame. As you now I stand for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel. Incorporating this in one frame had me thinking, when I really have to combine these four areas. And I figured: when I’m going for a holiday!

That’s why I grabbed my favorite travel suitcase, my selfie stick, my furry coat, some make-up and I was ready to go. Not on a holiday of course, but to the RTL MCN photo studio. I’m so excited about the end results!

Hi lieverds, normaal gesproken blijf ik het maar hebben over mijn te druk schema of over de vele meetings waar ik bij aanwezig moet zijn, maar vandaag zou ik een nog belangrijkere dag onder de aandacht willen brengen: #Uitbetaaldag! Er zal geen mens in de wereld zijn –zover ik weet- die niet wacht tot het salaris gestort is. Volgens professor Victor Lamme, hersenonderzoeker en professor van neuro marketing zouden wij het ontvangen van ons salaris moeten vieren. Maar doen wij dit ook echt? Ik in ieder geval niet. Vanaf nu natuurlijk wel. Ik bedoel, als een alom bekende professor ons dat aanraadt… En dan kom ik er net achter dat SNS een speciaal cadeautje heeft voor iedereen die een salaris ontvangt! Lees snel mee en kom te weten wat ik met jou wil delen.

Het lijkt erop dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de exacte uitbetaaldata. Of dat nou winst of salaris is, we weten wanneer wij het krijgen. Daarnaast staat de hedendaagse technologie, vooral op smartphones, ons toe om zo vaak als we willen te controleren of het salaris al gestort is. Zoals bij iedereen is het eerste wat in mij opkomt het betalen van de rekeningen en de spaarpot aanvullen. Deze maand is mijn #Uitbetaaldag –ja hoor ik weet ook de exacte datum- aanstaande vrijdag 22 mei. Ik ben zo enthousiast en kan haast niet wachten. Deze maand krijgen we namelijk niet alleen ons salaris, maar ook nog eens vakantiegeld! Net als 40% van de Nederlanders wil ik mijn vakantiegeld spenderen aan reizen en niet zomaar reizen, maar ik wil shoppen in verschillende interessante steden om jou te inspireren voorbij de horizon te kijken.

Kan niet wachten om met jullie het resultaat te delen van wat ik uiteindelijk met mijn salaris en vakantiegeld heb gedaan. Ook ben ik zo benieuwd naar wat jullie zullen gaan doen met je salaris! The most important day of the month #Uitbetaaldag

Hi there sweethearts, usually I keep talking on about my busy schedule and all the meetings I have. But today I would like to bring an even more important day of the month to your attention: payday! In Dutch we refer to payday as ‘#Uitbetaaldag’. There is no soul in this world, my knowing, not waiting for their salary and this specific day of the month. The payment of our salary should be celebrated, says Dutch Professor . But do we really celebrate this day? I don’t. But from now on I definitely will, I mean if a recognized professor says so… Well we have to follow the facts isn’t it? Besides, SNS (a Dutch bank) has a special gift for everyone receiving a salary! Read on and find out what this special gift is all about.

It seems that almost everyone knows the exact payday. If that –like in my case- is income from a private enterprise or a regular salary, we know when we’re getting it. Technology nowadays enables us to check our balance as frequently as we want, usually through mobile devices. And like everyone the first thing coming to mind receiving your salary is paying the bills and replenishing the piggy bank. Just like 40% of the Dutch natives I want to spend my holiday fee on travelling, and not just travelling, I want to shop in different cities to inspire you to look beyond the horizon and see what’s out there! Well, today I’m not matching, but mixing!

Hi there lovely sweethearts, if you’ve followed me on my social media channels you must have noticed the sneak peek of my collaboration with CoolCat emphasizing on their new Mix & Match collection. If you haven’t seen anything about this exciting project, fear not my dears. I’ll update you in a sec. So the day of the shooting was a lot of fun and hard work. I couldn’t tell you much then, since it was kind of a surprise and secret project. But now the day is finally there, I can elaborate on and on about what this collection is all about.

So what’s this whole Mix & Match thingy? Well, CoolCat released their new spring collection, named -as you can guess- Mix & Match! The collection consists of several 2- piece sets, also known as co-ords in America and England. During the shoot I got to choose the items I liked the most. The collection is inspired by celebs like Kim Kardashian, Nicole Scherzinger and Beyonce. The sets are possible in every combination and consists of several skirts in three shapes and nine different colors. On the side we have four different kind of tops in thirteen different colors. From a stylish pencil skirt and crop top with zipper detail to a playful tropical print or trendy stripes, the CoolCat Mix & Match collection got it all. Hi angels, as you might know I love my job! To get the latest accessories, gadgets and outfits to try is just amazing and such a privilege. Last week I received this brand-new smartphone from non other than HEMA. My followers abroad may look a little confused, so let me explain. HEMA is like what WALMART is to America. A national famous brand. Now HEMA has released a new smartphone named H5. With this smartphone HEMA directly competes with the big names like Apple and Samsung.

Now I got the chance to review this new phone and I have to admit I’ve a soft spot for my 24×7 addiction, my darling iPhone 6. But, nonetheless I embraced this opportunity and got my review- face on.

So first of all let’s talk about the hardware. Looking at the H5 it looks like seeing a Samsung Galaxy. Not only do I see the same buttons, but also the frame line and 5 inch HD screen seems the same. When you turn the phone around it suddenly looks like the backside of an iPhone with the remarkable metal look. Note that instead of seeing the world famous Apple icon, you see the HEMA logo. Well, HEMA got some points for appearance. It may be clear that the whole phone industry probably agreed on using the same kind of hardware.

The H5 has a 8 megapixel camera with flash. I was kind of disappointed, I mean like, the camera is probably the most important part of the whole phone! Just imagine taking woozy selfies, the thought alone freaks me out. And I’m an fanatic multitasker, so it’s of vital importance to have this option on a smartphone, unfortunately the H5 doesn’t provide this. Which is too bad.

The smartphone operates on Android 4.2.2, so if you’re an Android fan you’ve got a good one on your hands with this H5. For everything this phone offers the price is a very generous € 159,-

The bottom line, as I see it, is that this smartphone produced by HEMA as an excellent price/performance ratio and isn’t too bad on the eyes either. If you’re looking for a light smartphone, you’ve absolutely got it with the H5. But if you’re used to quality the iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy 5 provides you’ll be disappointed in certain areas. Over all a fine phone, for light smartphone uses!

Christmas is coming, the greatest holiday this season! Everyone dresses up, pulls out the fanciest outfits and buys the most precious presents they can find. Seems like this year I’ve been a good girl and Santa has come early. Under my (I admit, very early adorned) Christmas tree I found a beautiful present. So exciting!

When I, with pounding heart, opened my present I found an absolutely beautiful Glazed Apple Tin Of Treasures giftset. The giftset contained a lovely Body Butter, a soothing Body Lotion, delicious smelling Shower Gel, a refreshing Body Polish and a fine Bath Lily. Of course all Glazed Apple products. One of my favorite brands, The Body Shop! Perfect to treat myself during the holidays.

Naturally I had to see all the other giftsets. Now visiting a shop in this rainy weather would only destroy my delicate hair, so I admit: I visited the online web shop, very accessible I have to say.
