A high quality facial mask can make your skin look soft and smooth. It also helps to keep you looking young and fresh without using layers and layers of make-up. By making time at least once a week to relax and use a facial mask you’ll definitely see the difference.

2. Eat healthy food
Of course you know that healthy food is important for your body. But did you also know healthy food can make your skin look great? Take avocado for example. There are a lot of foods out there to keep your skin healthy. Stay tuned to find out more about these healthy foods.

3. Try using minimal hair styling products
Your hair can look beautiful, pretty and healthy by just using less hair styling products. I know it sounds weird. But it’s true ladies. I tried it myself and it just works. Also not washing your hair daily has a lot of benefits. For example it prevents your hair from breaking easier.

4. Wear perfume or body spray every day
Lots of women are busy making themselves beautiful with make-up, but what they often forget is that smell is as important as make-up. Choose a fragrance that suits your mood.

Hi there sweethearts, lipgloss seems to be all over the place isn’t it? No matter where I look, everyone is wearing or lipgloss or lipstick with lipgloss. What happened to the gorgeous matte lipsticks? I talked about it with my friends and a lot of responses are like dry out lips and a lifeless look. But I totally do not agree. That’s why I made a list of why matte lipsticks are delightful!

1. Go bold
Lipgloss or lipgloss based lipsticks are not that much of an option if you like bold colors. They smudge transfer and don’t last long. In contrast to lipgloss matte lipsticks don’t create all that mess.

2. Be in style
Whether you’re opting for a cool or chic look, matte lipsticks are always in fashion. You’ll see that in time there will be no other lipstick form you’d want to use.

3. Get naturel
If you’re into natural makeups, matte lipsticks are indispensable. No one will even notice you’re wearing lipstick, but your lips will look beautiful. Of course it’s your job to find the right natural colors.

4. Go versatile
Matte lipsticks are extremely versatile. You can wear it each day, for example as a base coat on your lips. When using a matte nude lipstick and apply another color over it, you’ll see the second layer is far more intense than when you apply it directly on your lips. An extra tip: add a little bit of clear gloss on the center of your lips for the perfect finish!

5. Save yourself time
Last but not least, matte lipsticks are extremely easy to wear. The lipsticks tend to last longer and are more pigmented than lipgloss which makes it easy to go for bolder colors. You can update every look in a sec by choosing the right matte lipstick. Tip: before applying the matte lipstick, use a clear balm to prevent your lips from dehydrating.

Hi angels, you know that time of the week or month you have to face the activity you rather avoid? No, I’m not talking about your period. I’m talking about shaving! Particularly ladies with a sensitive skin -like me- have to go through a hell lot of trouble to get that smooth skin we love. The tips below will help you face it.

1. Don’t use warm water
The heat of the water makes your skin red and irritated.

2. Use a good razor blade
There are a lot of razor blades especially made for the sensitive skin. This doesn’t mean they aren’t sharp.

3. Scrub your skin in advance
You probably already know scrubbing is good. It prevents ingrown hairs and keeps your skin healthy. But be cautious not to shave immediately after scrubbing. Your skin needs time to rest.

4. Use shaving crème
It’s not like you’re trimming a beard, but shaving crème has definitely its benefits. It keeps your skin hydrated and protected. Don’t keep the crème too long on your skin tough. This will cause flakes on your skin which will irritate.

5. Shave in the direction of your hair grows
It looks like shaving in the opposite direction of how your hair grows is easier and has a quicker result. But it creates red bumps easier and faster on your skin.

6. Don’t shave too often on the same skin area
To prevent irritated skin it’s wise to shave in tracks. This way you won’t shave too often on the same skin area.

7. Moisturize your skin
After shaving the whole surface you can use a natural product like coconut oil to moisturize your skin. This will help prevent dehydration and irritation.

Welcome back darlings, today I want to discuss a struggle we probably have to deal with every day: how to always look good? Well, I don’t want to state I got a secret formula who will make you say ‘I woke up like this’ each and every morning. But well, I got some beauty hacks that will help you to always look beautiful. Let’s get started.

1. Enough sleep
Obviously a true beauty needs her beauty sleeps to be beautiful in the first place. So, make sure you get enough of it. Research has shown that the average person needs eight hours to recover. Go get it!

2. Morning skincare
The trick is to wash your face with cold water in the morning and apply a nourishing or moisturizing day cream. This way your skin will look fresh and healthy. Thereafter you can continue with your daily make- up routine.

3. Don’t forget your hair
You can be wearing a great outfit, getting eight hours of sleep and washing your face with cold water, but if your hair isn’t done you’ll still look dowdy. Not doing your hair is like choosing to have a bad hairday, and why would you want that right? So, even if you create an easy up-do bun. Your hair at least is done. Never forget the hair ladies.

4. Hydrate
Make sure you drink at least one and a half liters of water a day. Water cleans your body, makes your skin looks bright and you’ll feel a lot fitter during the day.

5. Lip- care
If your lips have a healthy appearance, it will lift your face automatically. And by lip- care I don’t mean choosing a sweet lipstick matching your outfit, no my dears, I mean lips looking soft and tender. How do you get your lips like this you ask. Well, salve till you drop. That’s the trick. Make sure you have a lip balm in every purse or bag you own. From now on your lip balm is your new best friend!

6. Shape those brows
By now we all know it’s trending to have visible, full eyebrows. This sweethearts, does not mean you let it grow till it’s a bush on your face. No, you shape it, groom it and look badass gorgeous.

Hi there busy butterflies, welcome back! Today’s post is about a very precious topic: your hair! In all the hustle and bustle it sometimes can get difficult to create an alternate hairstyle. I usually have curls, so when I try to get sleek straight hair it takes a whole lot of work. That’s why today I will share three sleek straight hair tricks that helped me get my hair done much faster. Here we go.

1. Preparation is half the work

If you’re in a rush –which I always am- it’s the one thing you definitely skip. Heat protection products in that moment sound like sabotage and you just ditch it. But darlings, applying heat protection products is one of the essential steps you should put up high on the priority list. The heat protection ensures your hair doesn’t get fried every time you straighten it. This means it keeps the shiny look and gives your hair the ‘your hair looks so amazing’ glance.

 2. Divide

If you’re going for the real sleek straight hair look, you’ll have to do it properly. This means you’re colleting all hairclips you own –especially if you’ve a lot of hair like me- to section out your hair. Each section has to be small enough, so you can straight the whole section in one time. Remember to spend equal time on all of the sections. Trust me it makes all the difference in the world.

TIP: start styling from the bottom for a more professional look.

 3. Backcomb

Ever thought about how people get their hair uber straight without making it flat? Well, it seems to be depending on your genes. No, of course not… I’m just messing with you. Backcombing your hair carefully is the trick! Backcomb while blowdrying and straightening. Be careful with this, a too big backcomb can ruin the whole look.
